Isolating floors
Hello, this week we have finally put an isolation to the floor of an apartment that was super cold!
I used to say that you could see penguins running around in winter!
Budget for this solution: ~3500 US Dollars.

The apartment is really exposed to cold wind, as it is located on the parking spots.
​
The solution is basically a coat to roof at the top of the parking spots.
​
A couple of days of work, some good isolating material and voila', no more cold feet!
